Volunteer Check-In
1. The Volunteer Check-in person distributes nametags to Stonegate volunteers prior to meets and checks the volunteers off from the job assignment sheet.
2. The position works under the supervision of the Parent Reps.
3. The Volunteer Check-in person will be stationed at a table located by the Parent Reps near the Stonegate team tents.
4. All Stonegate volunteers assigned to work at a meet are instructed to report to the volunteer check-in table prior to the start of the meet.
5. The Volunteer Check-in person checks each reporting Stonegate volunteer off on the volunteer assignment sheet for the meet, and gives each volunteer a Stonegate nametag.
6. The Volunteer Check-in person must be prepared to report to the Parent Reps if any Stonegate volunteers have failed to check in prior to the meet.
7. The Stonegate Volunteer Check-in person has no responsibilities for volunteers from other teams, except at the RMSL Finals, where they distribute nametags to all meet volunteers, not just those from Stonegate.
8. The Volunteer Check-in person should be prepared to answer any questions from Stonegate volunteers about their shift assignments, or know how to direct those persons to the Parent Reps for further assistance.
9. The Volunteer Check-in person should report to the Parent Reps five (5) minutes before the start of their shift, and should man the volunteer check-in table from 6:30 am until 8:00 am.
