Attached please find the Swim Meet Selections form.  Use this form to:

1. Notify coaches if your swimmer will not swim at a certain meet.

2. Notify coaches if your swimmer must leave a meet early.

3. Notify coaches of certain events that your swimmer would like to swim in an upcoming meet.  This is a request only. Coaches will do everything they can to accomodate the request, but cannot guarantee all requests will be granted. You can make specific request for 2 of the 3 allowed individual events; coaches pick all relays.
