Our fifth stroke clinic will be this evening from 7:00-8:00pm. The clinic will focus on freestyle, backstroke, and turns. The cost is $10 per swimmer.

This is a great opportunity for your swimmer to receive a little extra stroke work with the coaches. Swimmers will be divided into small groups, and the coaches will work with them in the water. The clinic is limited to 40 swimmers. If you plan on attending, please sign up at the pool. The sign-ups are located on the Stingrays' message board.
