1. Ribbon volunteers work under the direct supervision of the Ribbon/Awards committee head.

2. On the Monday morning following a meet the ribbon volunteers meet at the pool during practice.

3. They collect the labels from the Meet Manager computer and attach them to the appropriate ribbons. They then distribute the ribbons into the swimmer's folders at the pool.
