Once again all swim team registration will be online.  Registration will be held April 15, 2010 through May 31, 2010.  No registrations will be accepted after May 31, 2010.  To begin registering, go to www.stonegatestingrays.info and simply click on the registration link.   If you are a returning swimmer or family, use your login information to access your account.  If you cannot remember your login information, a reminder e-mail can be requested. 

How to Register:

1.  Provide your contact information as directed.

2.  Read and accept the Stingrays’ volunteer policy.

3.  Sign up for four volunteer positions and one prelims or finals volunteer position.  Be aware that families are not permitted to sign up for overlapping or concurrent volunteer shifts.

4.  Provide your swimmer’s information as directed.

5.  Print and sign two copies of the RMSL league waiver for each swimmer in your family.

6.  Make payment by check or credit card. 

7.  Mail your RMSL league waivers, $150 volunteer deposit, and registration check to John Haberland, 15391 Woodruff Way, Parker, CO, 80134.

Your registration is not complete until we receive all three items:  waiver, volunteer deposit, and payment.  No swimmer will be allowed to practice until their registration is complete.

2010 Swimmer Fees:

¨     $110/first swimmer in each family

¨     $90/second swimmer in each family

¨     $75/any additional siblings

Refund Policy:    Refunds will be given up through May 31st, 2010, minus a $15.00 per swimmer processing fee.  Beginning May 31, 2009 no refunds will be given.

T-shirts:  One team t-shirt is included with each registration.  Be sure to indicate the appropriate size.
