Sam KannawinSam Kannawin is returning for her third season as an Assistant Coach.  She will be graduating from Regis Jesuit High School this spring and has enjoyed four years on the varsity swim team.  She has been a Stingray since she was five.  She also swims for Denver Swim Academy swim team.
