General Team Information

• The Stonegate Stingray Summer Swim Team is open to all Stonegate residents 18 years old and younger who are capable of swimming at least one length of pool.
• The team enters its 18th season as a member of the Rocky Mountain Swim League which competes in the south metro region of Denver.
• There are 5 dual meets each season usually starting the end of May or beginning of June and ending early to mid-July.
• The team breaks for the 4th of July weekend.
• League Preliminaries are usually held the week after the 4th of July holiday.
• The Championship Finals are to be held at the Stonegate pool Mid-July .

Practices

• Practices are held in the competition pool at the south pool complex in Stonegate beginning in mid-May.
• There are 3 practice sessions available to swimmers, one in the morning and two in the late afternoon.
