Older Swimmer Breakfast
Submitted by susank on Wed, 07/01/2009 - 12:13All swimmers age eleven and older are invited to a special breakfast with the coaches this Thursday, July 2nd at 9am. The breakfast will be held at the pool after first morning practice and is free to the older swimmers. Bring your appetite!
Practice Schedule Changes During Prelims

Monday July 6th through Thursday July 9th - practices only at 7:45am and 5:45pm
Friday July 10th - practices only at 8:45am and 5:45pm
Canned Food Drive
Submitted by susank on Wed, 07/01/2009 - 12:03Don't forget that we are holding a canned food drive at finals. The canned food drive will benefit COMPA food bank ministry. What foods are needed? We need your high protein foods like peanut butter, tuna, and canned chicken. Canned meals like ravioli, spaghetti/meatballs, and beef stew are appreciated. Canned fruits and vegetables, and dried goods like beans and pasta make great donations too. Please bring your canned food goods to finals!

Private Lessons Available with the Coaches

All of the Stingray Coaches are available to give your swimmer private lessons. Contact the coach of your choosing to set up a lesson. All lessons are $20 for 1/2 hour!
